Stir Fried Veggies w/ Hoisin Fish Sauce

Nothing special in the veg department on this one. Just some mushroom, garlic, onions, carrot, ginger sautéed in a little bit of sesame oil.

The sauce is the exciting part of the dish, for me at least! I grabbed Hoisin sauce from the refrigerator instead of soy sauce and decided to try something new.

The sauce:
1 part Hoisin sauce
1 part fish sauce
1 part agave syrup
Optional Sriracha to add some heat

To the sautéed veggies I added cooked rice noodles along with a couple spoons full of the water they were boiled in, poured the sauce into the plan and simmered for one more minute. Topped with chopped cilantro and green onions.
