This is a quick snack or dinner on the go!  
1. In a non-stick pan, brown lean ground pork seasoned with S&P, garlic powder and onion powder. 
2. Add your favorite BBQ sauce. 
3. Layer shredded cheese, pork, more cheese and green onions on top of a whole wheat pita.
4. Broil until golden brown. 
Off to soccer practice....
