Egg in a basket
It might sound weird but a fried egg, in the middle of a piece of toasted pumpernickel bread and garnished with fresh basil is REALLY, REALLY good! Add a side of crispy hash browns and you've got your self a delicious Saturday morning breakfast!!!!
