As I've stated before, I'm completely addicted to noodles. I'm always looking for a new noodle to try. Soba noodles got their chance finally. This may be my new favorite noodle. They are so flavorful and silky. Just delicious! THEN....I saw a No Reservations episode that explained the skill required and history behind making soba noodles.
