Nicoise Salad

Once again I've been pleasantly impressed by room service. The grilled grouper served on top was plenty for a meal but the salad and ingredients were the big surprise. Pickled okra, red onions, kalomata olives and the rest all made for a bright flavorful salad.

I'm going to miss my room service....
