Quick, Easy, Healthy, Delicious Lunch
- 2 Fresh, Ripe, Red Tomatoes diced
 - Handful of Fresh Basil
 - Saute w/ little bit of garlic powder, onion powder, S & P, and dash of sugar if needed!
 - Serve over you favorite pasta!
 - Top with more fresh Basil and shredded Parmesan cheese
