Skinny Fries
So good, so easy and so healthy!
8-10 Red Skin or Fingerling Potatoes sliced into thin wedges
Rinsed and dried
Lots of salt
2 T Olive Oil
More salt
Toss all together in a bowl
Bake @ 400 degrees for about 20 min, flip bake 10 more min.
Eat
YUM!!!
