Popcorn Fun

Our new Friday night toy is a hot air popcorn popper! Thankfully I didn't have any butter and started seasoning with EVOO. My favorite so far is the salt, garlic and basil!

Healthy, fun, yummy snack!

MY KITCHEN RULES

1. If I list a measurement it's most likely an estimate. I'm not a big fan of measuring cups and spoons. Just use an amount that make sense to your taste buds. Error on the side of caution...you can always add more! Taste testing is part of the fun!

2. I do my best to cook with nutritious, low calorie, high fiber, whole, organic ingredients whenever possible.

3. You won't find many sweets on this blog. I'd rather have an appetizer, soup, salad and entree, than dinner with dessert any day, or everyday for that matter!

4. Cooking is an art for me! It is a passion!

5. Have fun, be creative and eat your heart out!
