::RECIPE::
1Bunch of curly parsley - finely chopped
1 Green onion - diced
1 Small tomato - diced
1/2 Cucumber - peeled and diced
3 TBS cooked bulgar wheat
The juice of 1/2 a lemon
1-2 TBS Olive oil
Salt to taste (I used very little)
Mix and let marinate
Serve with pita bread and hummus!!!

ReplyDeleteFor how much I love whole grainy stuff, I still haven't tried bulgar wheat.
ReplyDeleteOh you would love it! It is like couscous but bigger grains! I had some left over and just ate it plain! Delish!!! Super easy to prepare also! You just pour boiling water over it in a bowl and cover for 1/2....done!!!
