Early am. - Start a beef broth with Ox tails, 1 diced onion and dried mushrooms and simmer on low for too long!
Defrost and rinse French Cut Green Beans
Add beans to broth and boil until tender
Stain saving all of the broth...of course!
Add butter, salt-n-pepa, fried onions and slivered almonds!
I recommend using the remaining broth for noodles....of course! I added soy sauce, star anise, sriracha, veggies and rice noodles to make the most delicious bowlful of lunch!
