Corned Beef Brisket
BEFORE
I went through the whole cooler to find this perfect specimen of corned beef!
AFTER
5 HOURS @ 275 DEGREES=PERFECT, JUICY, GOODNESS!!!!
(ADD 1/2" WATER TO BAKING DISH, COVER WITH FOIL AND LEAVE IT ALONE)
