I grilled it for 15 minutes flipping it once.
The flavor was so good but, to be honest, the mango was mushy. I will make this again but maybe use a less ripe mango. I didn't have four pictures to use up the collage space so on the bottom right is a pic of a small balloon attached to a bigger balloon. My son thought it would lift the other in to the air.
